Choosing the right
product

But its extremely important to size your space
correctly.

When installing we would also advise to leave a 10mm gap on each side of the seat / bed. You also need to make sure the seat can fold flat into a bed (roughly 6ft long)
ALL our seating products come with the correct
fitting kits.
FITTING
We have made the fitting process as easy as
possible which can be completed at home in around 1 hour, or 2 hours for a RS Sliding system. We also offer this service at our Chesterfield HQ

This is our flagship product which fits perfectly into VW Transporters, Ford Transits, Renault Traffics, Vauxhall Vivaro`s and many more models.
This comes with added benefits of a reclining backrest, FABFIX (ISOFIX) ECE R145, fitting holes on the side panel base to mount a drawer system (we can only supply the runners but the drawer body would still need building) and finally integrated headrest structure to comply with ECE R17.

How to use
lift up recliner handle and pull forward making sure the seatbelt is pulled forward and slack (see video)

How to use
unscrew the front transit knob , pull the bed forward with the seatbelts pulled slack then pull down into a bed position (see video)
This is the quickest and easiest sliding rail system to fit on the market. With fitment in under 2hrs and no fuel tanks to remove this is the way forward.
This is available on our full range apart from the MIKADO Serena and IMMIX MULTI 1200.
This fits directly onto your bare vehicle floor (we do recommend lying down some soundproof foil backed matting around 5-10mm thick so the RS floor pan is not on bare metal. Then you will fit your 12/15mm ply floor onto and around the RS floor pan, then apply the finished top floor.
Once in and the conversion is complete you can remove the seat/bed with a 17mm spanner in around 10 mins (two person lift). Perfect for when you need your van space back.
When refitting we recommend tightening the M10 nuts down to around 15nm of force.
